Refund & Return Policy

At Norse Vitality, customer satisfaction and product integrity are important to us. We accept limited returns under the conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

  • The product must be in original condition and packaging
  • The seal must be intact and not tampered with
  • You must provide proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or damaged products
  • Any item not in its original condition
  • Products marked as final sale
  • Returns requested more than 7 days after delivery

3. How to Request a Return

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
