Refund & Return Policy

At Norse Vitality, customer satisfaction and product integrity are important to us. While all products are sold for research purposes only, we accept limited returns under the conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 7 days of confirmed delivery. To qualify for a return:
- The product must be in original condition and packaging
- The seal must be intact and not tampered with
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number and email)
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Opened, used, or damaged products
- Any item not in its original condition
- Products marked as final sale
- Returns requested more than 7 days after delivery
3. How to Request a Return
To begin a return, please email us at [email protected] with:
- Your full name and order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a Norse Vitality error
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:
- Check your bank or credit card statement
- Contact your payment provider—it may take time before a refund is officially posted
